Frank Zappa Speaks

:
:
:
“The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it's

profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where

the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just

take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains,

they will move the tables and chairs out of the

way and you will see the brick wall at the back

of the theatre.”

Zappa was a visionary in more ways than one. He was someone who could see the truth about things, although most people associate him with his fantastical, avant-garde musical vision.

Opal>>>I would have liked Zappa along with Billy Connolly to have run from president and vice pres. Not my place perhaps to foist my English views on America but they could have done no worse than many you have had!

Hi GEL, Always good to see you here. I tried signing into your blog but due to my no longer having a PC and having to use a library one I cannot log on. As soon as I get my own laptop I, much like Arnie, will be back.
